Description:
Growth form: Annual herb. Flowering. Feb–Apr. Status: Native. Local. Also recorded: Bahrain, Kuwait, E Saudi Arabia, UAE. Habitat & distribution: Only a single plant was found during a survey of western Qatar in 2007 (John Norton and S. Aspinall). Batanouny recorded it as ‘fairly common especially in sandy habitats in S Qatar’.
